St Albans Beer Festival 2010
Wednesday September 29th - Saturday October 2nd

We need your help! The continuing success of the St. Albans beer festival is only possible because of the willingness of members and non-members alike to generously donate their time and effort. Whether you are a festival ‘regular’ or a ‘newcomer’, you can volunteer today by returning the form enclosed and make a contribution to CAMRA by helping to promote Real Ale, as well as aiding local charity. Whether for the whole week or just a few hours, we welcome volunteers in all areas, especially when we are particularly busy on Thursday and Friday evening and all day Saturday, when we need as many volunteers as possible. Absolutely NO experience is necessary as guidance is available from experienced staff.

For helping us, as well as experiencing the great atmosphere at the festival, you will receive complimentary beer and food tokens for each session worked and what’s more, free entry for other sessions you come and visit the festival with your friends! This year we are pleased to welcome the Climax Blues Band who will be playing for us on Saturday night. Plus, popular local band the Runaway Boys will be performing on Thursday evening.

In addition, I would like to take the opportunity to draw your attention to the range of other activities organised throughout the year by South Hertfordshire CAMRA, details of which are regularly advertised in the free newsletter Pints of View, and on our website at www.hertsale.org.uk.
